Privacy policy

Plain language: what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This website is run by Infinovia (“we”). For anything about your data, write to contact@infinovia.com.

When you fill in a form

The audit and contact forms ask for your name, an email address or WhatsApp number, and what you tell us (for an audit, the address of your site or app). We use this only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

Form messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. We keep them for as long as we need to answer you and keep a record of our work, and delete them sooner if you ask.

To stop spam, the server briefly keeps a one-way hash of your network address to limit how many forms can be sent in an hour. It is kept in memory only and is not linked to anything you type.

The virtual try-on demo

  • Your photo is resized in your browser before it is sent, which also removes metadata such as location.
  • It is sent once, over an encrypted connection, to our try-on provider FASHN, only to create your result. We do not store it, keep a copy, or write it to any log.
  • We send it to FASHN in its shortest-retention mode. FASHN states that images sent this way are deleted when processing finishes, that the generated result stays retrievable for at most 60 minutes, and that customer content is not used to train its models.
  • The result is shown only in your browser tab and is gone when you leave the page.
  • Please upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it.

Analytics never receives your photo or anything about it beyond the fact that a try-on was started.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we switch analytics on, we will update this section first.

When you leave this site

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, run by Meta, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to contact@infinovia.com. We’ll answer as quickly as we can.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers, forms are validated and rate-limited, and nothing you send is stored in the website itself.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
