Case study · VIYA Clothing & Bling by VIYA
One platform, two brands, every order handled.

The Bling by VIYA home page, rendered from our build.
The brief
What the business needed
01
Two brands, one back office
Each house needed its own storefront, look and domain, while orders, stock, invoices and customers lived in one place.
02
Run by the team, not a developer
Products, prices, coupons, stock and staff access had to be managed in an admin anyone on the team could use.
03
Paperwork that does itself
Payments verified properly, a GST invoice for every paid order, and the invoice delivered to the customer without anyone typing it.
04
Where the customers are
Enquiries, invoices and booking links on WhatsApp, and private viewings booked straight from the site.
Architecture
How the parts connect
Two storefronts and one admin talk to a single backend. Each request says which brand it is for, and each brand has its own payment, email, WhatsApp and booking settings. The light shows the path of a real order.
Also part of the platform
One backend
FastAPI · per-brand config
LiveA single backend serves both brands. Each request says which brand it is for, and each brand has its own payments, email, WhatsApp and booking settings.
Studio
The admin the team runs
One admin for both brands. Orders on a list or a board, an in-store order wizard, products, stock, collections, coupons, customers, leads, tasks and consultations, with staff roles that decide who sees what.

Studio in its preview mode. Every number on these screens is generated sample data, not the client’s real figures.
